Audiobookshelf

Audiobookshelf provides the Blackbox audiobook library, listening progress and supported mobile playback.

Web browser

  1. Open https://audiobooks.blackbox.watch.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Select an audiobook and start listening.

Mobile setup

  1. Install the Audiobookshelf application you have been instructed to use.
  2. Add the server address https://audiobooks.blackbox.watch.
  3. Sign in with your Audiobookshelf account.
  4. Enable local downloads for books you want available offline.
  1. Install the supported Audiobookshelf client.
  2. Add the server address https://audiobooks.blackbox.watch.
  3. Sign in.
  4. Test streaming before downloading large books for offline use.

Listening progress

Listening position is stored by the server, allowing supported clients to resume from your latest position across devices.

Tip

Before travelling, download books while connected to Wi-Fi and confirm they play with the device offline.
