Your Blackbox Account

Blackbox uses a central sign-in service for supported applications.

Blackbox sign-in: https://auth.blackbox.watch

You normally do not need to open this address manually. When a service uses the Blackbox sign-in system it will redirect you there automatically and then return you to the service after authentication.

Signing in

  1. Open the Blackbox service you want to use.
  2. Choose its Blackbox/SSO sign-in option when presented.
  3. Complete sign-in on the Blackbox authentication page.
  4. You should be returned to the service automatically.

Some mobile or TV applications cannot use browser-based single sign-on and may instead require a service-specific username/password or token. Follow the individual service guide when this applies.

Never share your password

A Blackbox administrator should never need you to send them your password.

If sign-in loops or returns an error

  • Close old sign-in tabs and try again.
  • Confirm the service address is the exact address shown in this manual.
  • Try signing in from a private/incognito browser window.
  • See Sign-in problems.
